Everflex Liquid Rubber Coating is expertly formulated for use on roofs and in cold rooms, providing strong water resistance and exceptional flexibility. Its superior tensile strength and unparalleled resistance to dirt buildup make it ideal for maintaining a clean roof surface.
USAGES:
- Primed Metal and Galvanized Iron - Everflex Liquid Rubber can be used on steel or galvanized roofs either IBR or Corrugated as long as it is primed.
- Roof Tiles - This product can also be applied to roof tiles.

Facades and Parapet Walls- This product can easily be applied to facades and parapet walls. Apart from matching the roof color, it will Aso provide great UV and weather resistance to those areas.
- Flashings, Roof Bolts, Laps and Joints - No need to worry about all your small fittings and trims on the roof as this could be applied over as well.

Cold-rooms - With the products great weather resistance, it can also be used in colder areas

Application Guidelines

- Apply with a brush or a roller. (Furpile or Lambswool)
- Stir thoroughly before use
- Do not use thinners
- Allow +/- 4 hours drying between coatings
- Clean tools with water
