EXCELSIOR BONDING LIQUID
Solvent based, bonding liquid.
This clear, unpigmented bonding sealer effectively penetrates and seals powdery or friable surfaces, as well as applying a strong bond over previous paint that is powdery or chalky.
Product Uses:
- Bonding Agent - This product can be used as a solution to promote adhesion between the base surface and the paint.
- Keying Agent - This product can also be used to strengthen the substrate before top-coat painting.
Application Guidelines

- Apply with a brush or spray.
- Stir thoroughly before use
- Allow about 16 hours for recoating.
- Clean tools with turpentine.
