This product is a solvent-based primer designed for both interior and exterior plaster, specifically for use on sound cement, concrete, and brick substrates. It provides excellent alkali resistance and adhesion for subsequent top-coats while also offering strong opacity over various surfaces. Avoid applying to damp surfaces, such as newly rendered plaster or cement. If the surface is extremely powdery or friable, use this product with either Excelsior Bonding Liquid or Excelsior Surfcon. Recommended for use with Rhinolite or Gypsum plaster.

Application Guidelines

- Apply with a brush, spray or a roller. (Mohair or Solvent Resistant)
- Make sure the contents are stirred thoroughly.
- Allow about 18 Hours between coats.
- Clean tools with Turpentine.
